Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a library card?

You can get a library card by stopping in to your local library and signing up for one.  The best part is that your library card and membership are free!

What is my PIN number?

Your PIN number should be the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to sign up for your library card.  However, if this is not the case, you can stop in to your local library, where one of our library staff can reset your PIN for you.

When I try to log in, it says my privilege has expired.  What do I do?

Your library membership will expire with inactivity on your account.  However, renewing it is free and easy to do.  Stop in to your local library, where one of our library staff will be able to re-matriculate you into the system.

How do I know if my device is compatible?

There are some devices out there that are not compatible. Please see the compatible devices list to see if yours is on it.

Can I register more than one device with the same Adobe ID?

Yes, you can register multiple devices with the same Adobe ID such as a smartphone, a tablet, and computer. This will allow you to download the same eBook onto multiple devices for your convenience. The eBook will still expire from all locations at the same time.

Are there any fees associated with this service, or if my book is late?

This is a completely free service. There are also no such things as late fees with this service as ebooks and audiobooks automatically expire and return themselves.
