If your card works at the desk but OverDrive still rejects the PIN, write the device model, the exact error text, and whether you were in the app or a browser. That detail lets Watertown staff replay the same path a trainer uses on a demo tablet. Privilege and PIN problems still belong at your local library first, because only they can re-matriculate an expired account.
