Start with the device you actually hold. Kindle Fire and e-ink Kindles follow different paths, Nook color screens differ from black and white, and Android or iOS can use either the OverDrive app or a browser. Windows users can stream in a browser or use the older Media Console guides under the Windows menu.

If you are in a member library, ask staff to point you at the same page they use on the training tablet. That keeps the demo table and your own device on one set of steps, and it makes it easier to reset the room when the class ends. For login errors, use Contact. For card and PIN questions, visit your local public library in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, or St. Lawrence counties.
